1. Intake and verification
We collect the minimum information needed to understand the city, process type, preferred period and booking criteria. We verify the responsible PF unit before monitoring begins.
2. Specialist assignment
The case is assigned to a specialist and placed into the team’s shift-based monitoring workflow. The agreed criteria guide every action.
3. Monitoring and scheduling assistance
The team watches for suitable availability around the clock and acts immediately when a matching slot appears. We do not use access that bypasses official controls.
4. Delivery and payment
After successful scheduling, we send the official Polícia Federal confirmation. The R$199 service fee is due only then; there is no upfront payment.
Limits and quality controls
Availability is controlled by Polícia Federal, so a specific date or successful outcome cannot be guaranteed. We request only necessary information, never passwords, and confirm the client’s criteria before work starts.
