About Vaga Clara

Based in São Paulo, Vaga Clara is an independent appointment-monitoring and scheduling-assistance service for foreigners handling CRNM and RNM procedures with Brazil’s Polícia Federal. Our human team works in shifts, monitors the agreed unit and criteria 24/7, and charges R$199 only after successful scheduling and delivery of the official confirmation.

What we do

We help clients who have already identified a CRNM/RNM-related need but cannot keep checking the official calendar. We confirm the process, responsible unit and acceptable criteria before monitoring begins.

How we work

A specialist receives the case, our team monitors availability in shifts, and we act when a suitable slot appears. The client receives the official Polícia Federal confirmation before payment is due.

What we do not do

We do not create appointments, bypass government controls, guarantee a date or provide legal representation. Official Polícia Federal appointments are free; our fee covers independent monitoring and scheduling assistance only.
